Just enter a key word (for example the product’s name) and we will find and display all the related stock for you.

[expand title=”How do I know if you have the product I want in stock right now?”]We update the A. White Natural Products online Catalogue regularly to ensure that only items which we have in stock, or can manufacture within a reasonable time, are listed.[/expand]

[expand title=”How do I place an on-line order?”]Once you have found your selected items, please compile a list with your desired size and quanity and email pamshart@iafrica.com the details. You will then be sent a confirmation message by e-mail, and we will pack and process your goods out to you as soon as possible.

For your shopping convenience, we will soon be implementing online ordering through a basket system with secure on-line ordering[/expand]

[expand title=”What currency will I be charged in?”]All A. White Natural Products purchases are charged in South African Rands. Your own Credit or Debit card company will then charge you in your local currency, using their rate of exchange.

As this will vary very slightly from bank to bank, and from day to day, we can not give you an absolute answer as to what the cost will be after conversion.[/expand]

[expand title=”When will my order be delivered?”]Please allow 21 days for your delivery.
If we can get it to you faster, we certainly will!

We aim to process all orders within 2 working days, and to send them by South African first class mail, or international air mail shortly afterwards.

The only exception to this would be if your order included items which are in the process of being manufactured – in which case we will notify you via email and make any neccessary arrangements.

[expand title=”Only part of my order has arrived – when will the rest be sent?”]Occasionally some orders include items which are on order from our suppliers, but which are late arriving here at the shop.

In that case we always send out as much of the order as we can at once, with the other items to follow as soon as they arrive. We do not charge you any extra postage for this.
